By booking an appointment, submitting payment, or purchasing services from NiEl’ Bridal Atelier, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Custom Wedding Dresses

All custom gowns are made-to-order couture pieces, designed and crafted specifically for each client.

  • A deposit is required to begin the design and production process.

  • Once production has started, all deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Design changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.

  • Completion timelines are estimates and may vary due to craftsmanship requirements.

Alterations Services

  • Alterations are tailored services based on individual body measurements.

  • Alteration deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Additional fittings or modifications beyond the original scope may incur extra fees.

Appointments

  • Appointments are private and reserved exclusively for the client.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment time.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may require a rescheduling fee.

Limitation of Liability

NiEl’ Bridal Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, shipping providers, or events beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, images, and content are the intellectual property of NiEl’ Bridal Atelier LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
