Deposits, Payments & Cancellations

Because every NiEl Bridal Atelier project is created or altered specifically for an individual client, all orders require a signed agreement and an initial non-refundable payment before work begins.

Deposits and Payments

• All deposits, retainers, and progress payments are non-refundable once received.

• The initial payment reserves production time in our schedule and may be applied toward consultations, design development, pattern-making, sourcing or ordering materials, and labor.

• Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule stated in the client’s signed agreement.

• Completed garments and other items will not be released until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Cancellation or Postponement

Cancellation or postponement of a wedding or event does not automatically cancel the client’s order or payment obligations.

If a client cancels an order after the agreement has been signed or production has begun, all payments already made remain non-refundable. The client is also responsible for amounts due for materials ordered or allocated, design and pattern work, labor performed, production time reserved, and any other costs or commitments incurred for the project.

If the custom garment, alteration, redesign, veil, accessory, or other commissioned item has been substantially completed or completed, the remaining contract balance is due in full regardless of whether the wedding or event is canceled, postponed, or otherwise changed.

Because custom and altered garments are created for one individual’s measurements, specifications, and design selections, they generally cannot be resold or repurposed for another client.

Any change to the event date, production schedule, design, or scope of work must be approved by NiEl Bridal Atelier in writing and may require additional fees or a revised completion schedule.

Refunds

Custom garments, special orders, alterations, redesigns, veils, accessories, and commissioned services are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

The client’s signed agreement governs the specific payment schedule, cancellation terms, and obligations applicable to the order. If there is any conflict between this website summary and the signed agreement, the signed agreement will control.
