• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits secure production time, materials, pattern-making, and labor.

• Deposits are applied toward the final balance of the garment or service.

Payments

• Final balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

• Orders will not be released until payment is completed in full.

Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our work:

• No refunds are offered on custom gowns, alterations, or services once production has begun.

• This policy applies regardless of event changes, cancellations, or personal circumstances.
